Our client, an awarding winning National Dealer Group have the requirement for an experienced Master Technician / Vehicle Technician to join their busy franchised dealership in Oxford.
Our client offers you the following remuneration and benefits:
Basic salary of up to £45,000 DOE
Industry leading uncapped bonus scheme, with a realistic OTE of £50,200.
Paid Overtime: Saturdays and additional hours are paid as overtime
Manufacturer Training programme.
Opportunity to qualify as an MOT Tester.
31 days paid annual leave, increasing to 33 days with longevity of service.

As a Master Technician, your responsibilities will include:
Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
Lead and support technicians in troubleshooting and repair procedures, ensuring high-quality workmanship
Perform advanced repairs and maintenance on vehicles/equipment to manufacturer and safety standards
Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to junior and apprentice technicians
Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to resolve issues accurately
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, meeting productivity and turnaround targets
Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
Warranty Repairs
News Car PDI’s and Used Car Multi Point Checks
Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards (if qualified)
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Manufacturer Accredited Master Technician qualification
2 years Master Technician Experience
Full and Clean UK Driving Licence
Own Tools
Desirable Requirements:
EV/Hybrid Accreditation
MOT Licence (Class 4 & 7)
Salary, OTE & Working Hours:
Basic salary of £39,000 - £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Uncapped OTE of £50,200
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Saturday mornings on a rota paid as overtime
