Assistant Centre Manager - Corby
Basic Salary - £30000
OTE up to - £32000
Our client, a busy national autocentre in Corby has the requirement for an Assistant Centre Manager. Reporting to the Centre Manager you will be responsible for managing your centre, co-ordinating the workload, the delivery of company business objectives while providing excellent customer service. Maintain centre and health & safety standards. Encourage, lead and motivate your team to consistently deliver excellent service.
Assistant Centre Manager Responsibilities
As an Assistant Centre Manager your responsibilities will include:
·Assist the Centre Manager in the operation and daily running of the depot
·Play a key part in the Centre targets including key performance indicators
·Oversee the maintenance of stock values within the centre
·Implement and enforce company Policies and Procedures
·Offer and deliver excellent customer service
·Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company Policies and Procedures
·Possess a full UK driving licence
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
·Ability to lead and manage a team within a retail outlet
·Customer focussed and able to encourage the team to deliver consistent customer service
·Full UK driving licence with no more than 9 points (you will be subject to licence checks)
·Good time management skills and the ability to manage the work effectively
·Proven ability to lead and coach a team to deliver and complete jobs in a timely manner.
·Maintain centre and health & safety standards
·Lead from the front with regards to our core values, principles and high expectations of presentation standard
·The willingness to constantly learn and improve your own performance
·Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
·2 years Post Apprenticeship Experience
·Own Tools
Desirable Requirements:
Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance

·Basic Salary of £30,000 -
·On Target Earnings of up to £32,000
·Monday - Saturday
